gbbaje Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the gbbaje platform and all its services. gbbaje is an online sports betting and casino platform operated for Bangladeshi users. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any translated version in English or another language, the Bengali version shall prevail.

One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If any individual is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

Password and Security

Identity Verification (KYC)

gbbaje may request identity verification at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on gbbaje is ৳200. We accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposited funds may only be used for the designated services, and using funds for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is in progress or any suspicious activity is identified. Withdrawn funds will be returned only to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency conversions will be made at the rate set by gbbaje.

Chargebacks and Fraud

If any user raises an unjustified chargeback request or engages in fraudulent activity, the relevant account will be closed and legal action may be taken.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 will attract the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means that to become eligible for withdrawal on a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 (1,000 × 20) must be wagered. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

Bonus Abuse

If bonus terms are not followed, bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts, or bonuses are used in any other fraudulent way, all associated bonuses will be forfeited.

Changes to Promotional Offers

gbbaje reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotional offer, bonus amount, or terms at any time. Where changes are made to ongoing bonus programmes, users will be given as much advance notice as possible.

Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is placed on gbbaje it is considered final and cannot be cancelled without cause. However, gbbaje reserves the right to void a bet in the event of a technical error or an obvious pricing mistake.

Sports Betting

Sports betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and various other international tournaments. If any event is cancelled, suspended, or rescheduled indefinitely, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting may change due to network delays. If odds change after the user has accepted them but before confirmation is received by the server, gbbaje may accept or void the bet at the applicable odds.

Casino Games

All casino games are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, and others). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.

Maximum Bet Limits

A maximum bet limit is set for each game or betting market and is displayed on the platform. gbbaje reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbbaje platform and will result in account closure if identified:

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity
• Unauthorised access or hacking of the platform's software or systems
• Abusing bonuses or promotions and fraudulently operating multiple accounts
• Match fixing or attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users
• Using robots, bots, or automated systems in gaming software
• Opening an account using a false identity
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

Any earnings obtained through prohibited activities will be forfeited and law enforcement authorities may be notified if required.
